One of the pillars of Bhavick Enterprises, the moulding division forms a core part of our manufacturing capability. We offer a wide range of diaphragms, O-rings and seals, formed from precision milled metal dies. We use dispersion kneaders and mixing mills to create the raw rubber sheets. The sheets are then put through a calendaring machine to achieve the desired thickness, and then moulded by fully automated, PLC operated hydraulic presses. Our presses control temperature, curing time and the injection and ejection operations, removing the need for manual control. This allows us to create consistent, high quality products.

Diaphragms

Our rubber diaphragms are used primarily in jaw crusher machines, providing abrasion resistance to the machinery. The diaphragms are made using either natural rubber or neoprene, based on the required application. More information on diaphragm sizes is available on the pdf below.

Couplings

Couplings

We manufacture two main types of couplings, all available in a variety of sizes. Standard rubber tire couplings andtwin element rubber couplings primarily used in gear boxes.

Rubber Discs

Bhavick offers rubber discs used in conveyor belt idlers as well as those in other engineering and chemical industry applications. We also produce rubber discs, which offer flexible coupling with cushioning properties so pipes and shafts can maintain their continuity.

Rubber Gaskets

Rubber Gaskets

We bring forth a range of gaskets that are widely acknowledged for their capability of working under extreme temperature and stressful conditions. These gaskets are used in diverse industries to fill gaps between two objects and hence prevent leakage between the two objects while under compression. Dimensionally accurate and durable, these gaskets are available in various sizes and specifications as per application requirements. Bhavick offers traditional rubber gaskets as well as a range of gaskets used in butterfly valves.

Rubber Seals

Bhavick produces reliable rubber seals used in fluid and gas handling (labyrinth, external lip, rectangular, trap U) as well as large scale specialized seals used in rubber gates for dams and canals. More information on rubber seals used in dams and canals is available on request.

Rubber O& V Rings

Rubber O& V Rings

We hold expertise in offering high quality rubber rings, available in different sizes and specifications. Our rings are known for their high strength and durability and find usage in chemical, engineering and various other industries.

We manufacture, a precision engineered array of rubber O rings, widely used in sealing applications in all industries. Available in sizes of 5mm to 900 mm, and thicknesses that are tailored in accordance to the rings’ application.

V rings are used in specialized applications where a shaft requires a dynamic seal in the axial direction. The body of the V ringrotates with the shaft and holds itself in position by its elastic fit on the shaft, the seal is produced by the contact between the lip and the counter-face. Additionally, the V ring has good sealing action when the shaft is eccentric and/or there is some misalignment. Combined with radial shaft seals, our axial face seal designs provide excellent sealing against all types of liquids, greases, oils, dirt, sand and other foreign materials.

Rubber Bushes for Couplings & Rubber Inserts

Bhavick produces a wide range of coupling bushes used in areas where isolation of surfaces is required. Depending upon the requirements of our clients, these bushes are available in various sizes. Our range of rubber bushes includes the following:

  • Simple
  • Laminated
  • Pivot
  • Conical
  • Flanged
  • Void
  • Spherical
  • Split
Rubber Bushes

Rubber bushes are mainly used in suspension systems to separate two metal objects but still allowing a set degree of movement. These can absorb shock and reduce vibrations due to which these are extensively used in automobile industry.

Additionally, we offer a range of rubber inserts that acts as a seal against air or liquid leakage at the assembly joint. These inserts reduce vibration and absorbs shock and noise. Our rubber inserts are widely used in engineering, chemical industries.
